More than one kilometre long, 250 metres wide and 20 metres high, the Corrubedo shifting dune stands out from a distance. Located in A Coruña this outstanding landscape brings together dune areas, paradisiacal beaches and lagoons of both salt and fresh water.


What To See
As the area is one of the most visited in Galicia, There are paths and footbridges to avoid invading the dune area and to show visitors the area as completely as possible while showing respect for the natural environment. The routes are not difficult and are suitable for the whole family.
Camino del Agua ( Water Walk) is the shortest, about 3 kilometers and a duration of 1 hour and 30 minutes. The freshwater lagoon of Vixán will be the end of the route. Camino del Mar (Sea Walk) It is the longest route, about 6 kilometers and a duration of 3 hours. It will take you to the salt lagoon of Carrexal. Camino del Viento (Wind Walk) is an intermediate route of about 5 kilometers and a duration of 2 hours and 30 minutes.


Don’t forget your binoculars as the views of whole stretch of coast are impressive and if you enjoy nature the park is teeming with wildlife.
