What To See
Villajoyosa, located on the northern end of the White Coast in Alicante, has a beautiful shore lined with bright colorful houses. Supposedly, it was designed that way so that sailors could spot them from their ships. A visit to the port will provide you with the opportunity to experience the active auctions of fish and seafood caught during the day. Villajoyosa has three kilometers of white, sandy beaches with crystal clear waters where you can enjoy more than 300 days of sunshine. You can also walk the different trails along the cliffs that will take you to more secluded and peaceful beaches while enjoying the best views of the Mediterranean. If you visit Alicante, don’t forget to stop for a day-trip to Villajoyosa!
