The Bay of Alcudia, located on the north coast of Mallorca, is one of the most attractive areas on the island. With an amazing stretch of white sandy beaches and a historic old town featuring some beautiful Renaissance palaces, Alcudia has a lot of activities to keep you busy.

What To Do In Alcudia
The Bay of Alcudia, a coastline of turquoise shallow waters and long, sandy beaches is one of Mallorca’s biggest beach resorts. Alcudia’s port, the old fishing harbor, is the most attractive and exclusive marina in the area.

The beach closest to the port is known as Ciudad Blanca, where you will find a wide range of facilities like bars, restaurants, public toilets and showers. If you continue down the coast, it becomes quieter and you can find incredible beaches like Playa de Muro, with a more relaxed atmosphere.

From the port, you can take different boat trips including dolphin watching tours, glass bottom boats and sunset excursions. You can also take a fishing trip with some of the companies offering this type of activity. They will provide you with all the gear and anything you might need to enjoy your fishing day.

Located about 5 minutes by car from the coast, you can visit the medieval town of Alcudia, a real contrast to the more touristy beach resort of the Bay of Alcudia. Free guided tours around the historic town take place on Wednesdays between 10:00 and midday.

There is a big market on Tuesdays and Sundays, traditional fairs and classical music festivals. You can walk around the town surrounded by medieval and renaissance walls or take a look inside the courtyards of the 16th-century town palaces.
